It's a simple process of scanning your open websites by looking in the windows (or "tabs" as they're known) for the 4chan favicon, denoted by the famous palm tree logo. On the other side of the tab from the favicon should be an "X"
Clicking that X will allow you to leave 4chan. But be warned that you will need to close all the 4chan tabs at once.
After that you'll want to go to
youtube.com, a large google site for videos, and browse there for fun projects to do. Good luck.
