Second is the 'aura cleansing' or 'color breathing'. The idea with this meditation is to train your visualization, eventually connecting visualization with sensation. At first you will be imagining what something would feel like and at a certain point you will start to actually physically feel the electromagnetic energy, this is the most important step to seeing it as well.
The meditation is as follows,
Go into the trance state, the deeper the trance the better, but you can really do it in any state.
imagine a brilliant electric blue light surrounding your entire body, (in third or first person, doesnt matter much which). try to see it vividly and imagine what it would be like to be surrounded by this blue healthy energy.
Breathe in slowly and as you breathe in imagine the energy flowing into your body through every pore, not just your lungs. On exhale, imagine the energy finding it's place and coming to rest in your body and aura. repeat this as long as you feel comfortable, but keep in mind your body will need time to adjust to higher levels of electromagnetic energy in your body. This is the "chi" or life force every mystic understanding references. it's not magic, it's very tangible and you will begin to feel it's movement in and around you with time.
Just do the breathing and imagine the light blue energy empowering your aura.
once you feel the sensation of energy coming into and leaving your body you will start to feel minor pressures and tingling sensations all around your body, this is just the pathways opening and getting used to the energy.
eventually you will want to look into the correct positions of the chakra's and directed meditations to them but only once you begin to feel the flow of energy.
