>>12534269I feel there is no reason why evolutionism and creation can't co-exist. All science does is give answers to the unexplained (or a hypothesis). Something would have had to create the conditions out of nothing to enact the big bang, for instance. But then something would have had to create the something that created the conditions. No one knows for sure. With that or death. So there's not much sense in debating which is right. Maybe they both are. Maybe both are entirely off base.
As for science, I believe in it. I also believe that there are forces and beings out there that we can't comprehend. Any one of which could have been what we call gods. Cause they would be to early developing humans. Still would. But I'm not pretending I know that's the case. Just to me, that seems plausible.
I feel just like religion, science can be manipulated with shady intent. You might have some quack shouting from the rooftops that if you take his tonic, your dick will grow six inches. Just as you might have some quack shouting from a street corner that the end times are coming. Some scientists create evil things and concoctions. Some take money to skew data. Just as some religions twist the words of their Bible to manipulate their followers. Or those that evoke violence over opposing cultures and beliefs that aren't there own.
