You need hot stones to pour water onto. You can start with 80C and low humidity (the lower it is the easier you can withstand the heat), give yourself some time to get used to heat, then you can pour some water on the hot stones to get some steam. Wait a little bit - get out to the (google names it) dressing room - it used to cool down a little bit, then get back, wait few minutes, make some steam and get banya broom (lol google) and start hitting your body with it (dont make it too hard lol) - it will greatly improve your blood circulation, let the heat in, be a man. Then jump into some cool (later it could be cold water/snow, just dont rush) water OR get some big bucket with a cold water and pour it onto yourself.
The idea of Russian banya is that you will feel really good, but you have to feel some discomfort to reach that state.
If you will do it proper way, without rushing - you will enjoy in MUCH more than that cuck sauna.
Some things to consider:
1. Have a hat on your head. Felt is preferrable choice - it will protect your brain from overheating (this is VERY important especially since your head will get wet)
2. No metal on your body or you will regret that
3. Dont hurry - make 4-5 runs total, dont use broom for the first run. Let your body get used to heat.
4. Cold showers / jumping into the water is optional but gives a great boost.
5. No alcohol (beer is ok though lol), no eating before. Tea is good
6. If you take a girl with you - she will lose her head, just make sure that you used to it and know what to do (test everything on yourself first). Some broom massage, good blood circulation does wonders to women ;)
