Most kids draw cartoon characters, animals, and other stuff they see. Many people still keep on doing it as adults, although not as often as kids do, and I believe most people are probably not that good at drawing.
I imagine a large number of people all around 4chan have made a few shitty pieces of "OC" (usually stick figures or Wojak edits, but sometimes also poorly drawn fanart of characters from something like Touhou).
Even if you've never made a drawing of yourself on MS Paint, it might be possible that you once drew a butterfly or a car. Maybe Bigu too. I imagine he might have a few sketches on his tablet that he'll never show us.
So-called "lolcows" might just be regular people who happen to be very confident in showing what they create, be they fanfics of old childrens' cartoons, or comics, etc., and I think anybody can become a "lolcow" if they promote their own creations heavily enough.
I might just be half-wrong, though.
