It is a Firefox Extension which is placing the pixels for you. If there is a Captcha, it will ask you to set a pixel yourself and solve it. It will then continue to work.
Just install the Extension and keep a Tab with pixelcanvas.io open.
I will post the templates if you want to place your pixels yourself.

Look into the WebConsole, the Bot is logging which pixels it is placing there.
Or just open the Extension and look into the code and check for yourself.... it's not really long.
