I think I want to hookup with someone too. Maybe date. But I mainly want to meet some more people too and it's hard to talk to stranger irl when you first meet them.

I don't know, maybe it's me, but I think e-dating is for cute people. I don't consider myself cute for one of those things. I was never lucky. On the other side, in other places one can do other tricks like speaking, or have principles in common that make the ice break before starting something.

If you're fairly attractive make a tinder account. I don't live in a very big city and I get 3-4 matches a day pretty reliably. When I travel to NYC or Chicago it's more like 25-40, and when I visited Southeast Asia it was in the triple digits. I literally could not keep up with them all.
