If you made a thread about this on a board with no flags and no IDs like /b/ or /r9k/, where it's a lot easier to pretend to be just yet another Anon rather than somebody in particular, you could probably get more people to post honestly about a topic like this.
Individual posters here may sometimes be honest about stuff they're proud of (like Ritsu with his paranormal interests) and not so much about other stuff (like Ritsu's progress on everything else). Even if others don't say much about it, what they post does affect the way others think of them and treat them, so many prefer trying to maintain a more-or-less clean image (or well, at least not try to be treated like a rag doll that anyone can spit on and fuck with).
