In life, you get your friends. Some stick, some don't. Then you Find a partner, then break up, find another, rinse and repeat. Until you find the one. Get married, don't see friends as often now, Eventually rarely see friends at all. Have kids, so it's a struggle. Marriage goes to shit now, get a divorce. Now work double because of expensive divorce. Less time with my kids now. Tired to do anything. Kids grow up. Go to college, time with kids almost at zero. Parents die in a span of 2 years, but through it all, my doggie was there through it, with me, and I just put him down at the sweet age of 20. There's loyalty that can compare to that of a dog. Oh bear, I know you're in doggie heaven but I miss you, boy.
