>>12649251My grandmother is a good cook, and I used to cook a variety of different stews and soups for myself a few years ago, but nowadays the only stuff I eat are oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat bread (that I make myself), broccoli, and occasionally carrots, lettuce, and dark chocolate. The only seasoning I use is salt.
Being sensitive to strong tastes is more of a matter of getting accustomed to having a very narrow diet than it does have to with something one has had throughout their whole life.
