>>12663977I'm not really sure what the exact cause for it was, but I know that it must've happened back when I was 19-21 years old, that I was very desperately looking for meaning and purpose in something, which is why I tried getting into philosophy and other stuff like that, and that I believed that there had to be something to life besides banal meme-making and haphazardly memorizing information for the sake of being able to repeat it.
I don't remember all that well what led me there, but I suppose it must've been because of a prolongation of my other interests, mainly my interest in the history of Western civilization, and also that back in those days I was very desperately trying to find justification for the idea that traps are not gay.
The conclusion that I ended up forming is that humans exist for the sake of fulfilling their moral duty, and that through it can they find purpose to their lives.
