The surgery you need to do to a mouse for making hybridoma cells from the marrow bone is absolutely bollocks: you need to kill the guy, locate the large bones and spleen and select the good parts without making a mess not tearing the intestines or the liver. And as fast as you can you need to put a treatment to those parts to prevent cells from dying. Everything in a sterile isolated room without windows.
