In Russia we have an institute, that is called RosComNadzor (Russian Communication Supervisors?) and they can ban any site without any reason.

They were intended to protect children on the web from harmful information. (By the way, it is illegal by constitution to ban information of any kind)
But they are banning everything else. Web-proxies, Telegram (chat thingy), Unauthorized mass-media and news sites, torrent-trackers and so on.

First of all, why not parents control what their children do online, but goverment? I didn't get it at all.
And also I do not know, why they are blocking? It is illegal. But who cares...

Just imagine, one day there will be no 'cyka blyat' in the internet, because we will not have an international internet.

Does any one else have this sort of shit in their country?
