Learn to clean electronics. The water percentage in hydrogen peroxide will ruin electronics.
Clean with industrial alcohol or "electronics cleaner" which is a volatile solvent blend.

If you do get water in electronics you rinse with alcohol to drive out the water then allow to thoroughly dry before using.

Hydrogen peroxide will neutralize when exposed to air in an hour or so.

If your ears are burning, you got things contaminated with something besides peroxide.

WTF did you do, pour the ear canal full and plug with wax to keep it there to eat away your eardrum? Even 10% kitchen cleaning peroxide isn't going to cause the ears to burn with rinsing and left exposed to air.

You got something besides peroxide in your ears or you had an ear infection to begin with.
