I'm not even fat but I was feeling a bit shit from eating crap and drinking a lot of beer, I was getting pains in my liver most days but I think that may have been stress related.
Anyway, I did five 72 hour fasts back to back (Fast 72 hours, have a meal and then straight back into fasting). You actually stop even feeling hungry during the 2nd fast, stomach stopped rumbling and I only really ate the meals every 72 hours because I knew I should.
First 72 hour fast is obviously bad especially the 2nd day when you run out of carbs, you'll get headaches, not be able to concentrate properly and possibly feel weak.
You need to keep getting salt into your body, some people use snake juice but I drink water almost obsessively and so I was downing snake juice like crazy and the epsom salts made me get the shits. After the first fast I just start using salt tablets instead.
Also about 30 minutes after I broke the first fast, I start shitting like crazy and ended up taking like 6 big scuttery shits in the space of an hour.
Only reason I ended up stopping after the five fasts was I had a few beers with my mates.
Like other cunts have said, have something to do. If you're just sitting round watching tv or browsing the internet, you will want to eat out of boredom. I just went for long walks every evening when I was doing the fasts and went out fishing / hiking / foraging on the weekends
