There's a huge backlash right now by Indians against a music video by Japanese artists, called "Namaste Curry Police". From what I gather, Indians find offense in the misrepresentation of their culture in it. They have now deleted it and issued an apology video. Embroiled in all of this is a prominent Japanese youtuber called Kohei, who had amassed a huge Indian audience making pro-Indian and India-Japan friendship videos, but who also has a part as an actor in this video.
Since I don't understand Indian, I don't know the details. Can Indiabros fill us in? What is the song about, exactly? And why can't Indians handle the bantz?
