the original dialogue was a joke of him taking out the guns and still giving him the smaller one
it was another dick reference joke
the scene which immediately follows where will smith looks baffled at his gun for about 3 seconds is still in the new version
this is part of the original scene
this is why this scene, if you pay attention, makes 0 sense with his face reaction to the previous new scene
they are confident in the new version then it follows a confused will smith face in the next cut
its cause it was never part of it
theres an entire new scene just part of the men in black movie that was never there
