Here is the plan I propose: Quebec and the Maritimes form their own countries, Ontario becomes a US state, Vancouver Island and the area around Vancouver becomes a new US state called "New Victoria", and the rest of British Columbia, the territories and the Prairie Provinces (Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan) form a new country called "New Canada" Does that sound like a good plan?
