To do that, they will need a crash or some other huge event that causes a large amount of people to have lost a lot of money on crypto, to give them the pretext to "regulate" it and make it difficult for anyone no paying their due to them to get ahead and have financial freedom from their systems. This might happen before, during, or after the hyperinflation and dollar crash; but the point being, you're probably not going to know the exact time and date of the financial "elites" big play to kill it, and will lose everything if you put everything into it.
Buy around all the dips that you want to make some coin here and there, but don't be so greedy as to think that crypto will always last and always net you a profit no matter what happens in the future. We live in high volatile times, and those in control of all fiat currency don't like system that they can't control and manipulate.
