the universe, if we suppose that number of planets, numbers of stars, and all existing distances from a certain planet to its nearest star are all at most countable sets (and i see no reason why they wouldnt be), there is absolutely no guarantee that another ideal planet exists
even if we take into account different conditions of relations star-planet (for example: very hot star, small planet, distance a; and cold star, big planet, sams distance a), since there are countable number of both planets and stars, those possible relations are also countable (because possible conditions are specific to existing stars/planets)
so that is not a "fact", ie an event with the possibility of 1
