The idea is to proove there are patterns in entropy. However, it appears to just be a random color at all times. Some anons will try to find patterns, like how it seems to be "light blue" during times of mass shootings. They'll then act upon this pattern and plan their lives around the color. For example, if it turned light blue this morning, they'd probably avoid going to a mall.
Just a really complicated system to produce a eandom color. Instead of using math.rand() like most computer programs do, this site digests feeds of random data worldwide.
