>>12781927Precisely. But if you have never fasted a day in your life I would start with just having a meal in the morning and then going the rest of the day without food until the next morning.
You also have to take into consideration of what you have already been eating throughout your life. Are you deficient in any area? When I started, for a good while when I drastically shifted my diet away from carbs to a more protein based and ketogenic (low carb) way of eating, my thyroid went through varying degrees of hyperactivity, because it was used to producing more thyroid hormones for insulin production and metabolizing glucose. I was also taking fo-ti/he shou wu and ashwaghanda, two adaptogenic herbs which balances these hormones that are directly associated to your Hypothalamic Pituitary Axis. Adrenals, and Liver/Pancreatic/Thyroid respectfully. Cooming affects the Gonadal axis, and there are 4 axis in total which are the fabled esoteric "4 rivers" of that Kundalini riddle which helps to promote health, creativity, astral projection, and all of that. If one axis is over active or underactive, it off sets the rest, which is why a good practice of occasional fasting, and abstaining from sex and all manners of stress will do you wonders.
So then, all I have left to say to you is, it is not enough to just fast for 3 days. After your fast, you need to avoid refeed syndrome. Look it up. Basically to avoid it you need to be sipping on electrolytes during your water fast. When you do break your fast, have a SMALL portion of meat, wait 30 minutes, then have your meal.
After a fast you are more of a sponge for nutrients than ever. This is the perfect opportunity to eat a decent protein based meal. I have cured tendonitis (from cooming a lot lololol) and many other ailments because of this careful application of fasting science.
Best of luck bros.
