Both tests, simulations, actual engineering, basic, detail, electric, FEMAP, project management, aqusition. Than you have to build it, it takes a couple of months, you need to buy tones of steel, tones of luxury building material, tens of square meters of luxury wood for the deck coverings.
Trust me, the costs add up quick.
