Their national armies are basically just for show, officers see it as a way to bring wealth into their clan, once they get their foot in the door they start employing as many family members as possible in donothing jobs as they can get away with before someone higher up the ladder realizes how completely inept they are and cuts their funding. There is little professionalism, to them it is all a joke, and so they routinely make enormous blunders and errors.
