I received this mysterious postcard in the mail today with these geometric markings along with a phone number listed along the side and another number at the bottom that I have no idea what it means.

The phone number is some prerecorded something that I can't decipher. Google and other search engines turn up nothing.

Anybody know anything about this?

This is obviously some stupid viral marketing for the upcoming UFO/Alien disclosure, but I can't find any information about this online.
