kratom withdrawal isnt that bad as far as withdrawls go. the reason for that is its a mild drug to begin with. hardcore drugs that slow down your breathing or flood your head with dopamine, those are the ones you dont want to cold turkey from. because your body adapts to their presence and selectively produces less of "whatever" naturally.

in the future taper down. take smaller doses than usual. makes life much easier.

that being said ive been taking kratom everyday for 6 months now. its not quite good enough to constantly ingest, but its pleasant and i enjoy it. 24g/ day average. it helps with exercise a lot. makes exercising feel great.

yeah but weed is practically baby mode when it comes to quitting, the only thing holding you back is willpower, and you won't be fucked up by abuse other than being a loser which happens anyway when you get addicted. Even alcohol addiction is worse because you get brain damage overtime, or xanax, both of them give you shakes and tremors when you stop. The only problem with weed is that it steals your time and ambition, and basically makes you feel like you're relaxed and everything's good when your life is in reality falling apart.

Best way to help yourself, from my own experience with it, is to eat alot of organic fruit and go outside and let the sunshine hit your eyes. Basically saying just dont hide in the shade and wear sunglasses. I drank a pure fruit smoothie with water, nothing fancy added. Dates to sweeten, bananas and lots of berries. Bananas have alot of tryptophan in them, and of course the stupid amount of antioxidants seem to help alot with the crash of the immune system the kratom causes. So do that everyday for a month and youll be back to norm.

I know people who smoked an ounce a week for years when they are younger and seem normal and successful.
I know people who have always smoked occasionally since they were young who seem normal and successful.

I also know people who smoke heaps and are lazy degenerates.
