If I sleep 20:00 I'm gonna wake up 2 am. This is why I sleep much later. Thanks. Ever since I stopped taking melatonin sleepy phills I have gotten more sleep paralyses which is good. I wanna manage to get an OBE eventually.

Not really. I can't reallly choose how long I sleep. I had it worse though. I had nights where I just sleep 3 hours. Though I'm usually tired so I nap. Napping is kinda meh though. I don't get sleep paralyses from sleeping. I get sleep paralyses from when I'm about to sleep. I noticed if I just lay on my back in the bed eventually I start hearing static noise. Then I tune into the static noise and lay still and I can just get into sleep paralyses in less than 5 seconds. I still only managed to get my legs out though damn it. It's like having two bodies. I managed to move my legs out of my legs and unto the side of the bed and I could feel the bed as if my real legs were there. interesting right?
