When I refer to the organization, The Fourth Wall, I will use the Roman numeral IV to keep things condensed.
Now to what the IV is. The IV is a centralized organization that is made up of a council including myself. Those that make up the council will be like minded but different afew degrees. Their culture, country, social, educational, religious and ethical backgrounds. All will be set on the mindset of improving the wellbeing of others, the betterment of mankind. Some more moderate, some more reserved and others more unconventional. Everything will be considered. No idea left unsaid even if it's cost outweigh the benefits whether pertaining to our organization or mankind. Mankind will almost always go first. Under the IV council will be the Black Sheep Section aka B.S.S. They are the administrators, the moderators and the messengers of orders and declarations made by the council. The BSS also protect and retain anonymity of the council from all of mankind. The BSS will act as the top of the organization when any info is disseminated to lower levels. In any scenario where anonymity is compromised, Scorched policies will be active virtually and physically in all areas the IV is operating. The IV will also activate all CHAOS units to assist fall back into hiding. The BSS will assess damage, retain available assets and conduct damage control. This is to prevent a successful shift in power whether foreign or internal. The organization needs to stay true and untainted from any forces against the betterment of mankind. To the next. The IV will have M.Aides. Military, medical, Moral Aides. They will be at all levels of the organization to assist in planning, time management, military operations, medical operations and more.
