DON'T FUCKING DELETE THIS JANNIES, THIS IS RELEVANT AND EVERYONE HAS TO READ IT. Just lift you idiots, you can't imagine how much it improves your quality of life. I started lifting again 2 weeks ago, and 1 week ago with proper training intensity, and I've talked to 3 cute girls in the past 2 days, a 8, a 9, and 10, and got 1 number. I usually never get laid with 9 or 10s, but we joked and laughed and had a great time, and I haven't even talked to anyone in 8 months, literally the first few sentences that came out of my mouth were unintelligible autistic mumble. When you see a cute girl, just approach her, you have nothing to lose, if you don't know what to say tell her she's cute and you'd regret not introducing yourself. And even if you botch it completely the first time, you won't the second time, and the third. You don't need any fancy PUA techniques if you have basic human empathy, but if you want to know how to structure your conversation look up Tom Torero's Daygame Guide on Youtube. Talking to women is the same thing as posting on /pol/, you need to contribute value to the conversation like cold reads, teasing, stories, and not leech value, asking questions, talking irrelevant shit, etc. Just do it faggots, nobody has ever regretted it (apart form the guy whose barbell slipped during bench competition), and maybe this is the kick in the ass you needed to get going and you will thank me later. >inb4 you lift for girls no, but it's a very pleasant byproduct discuss right-wing lifting ITT

>>12859474 Can you link me some good lifting info. No meme.
I workout 5 times a week, three strength days, and two cardio. I just do my own workout I made up. I have put on a decent amount of bulk in a few years, but I basically only maintain now.
I have the time to lift(NEET), so if there is some good info provided I'd try it out.

>>12859476 The best lifting advice I've ever seen for amateurs is Jeremy Ethier, even thought he's a hapa mutt:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9O8mOtdKr44 I think he has follow-up videos on routines and exercises for each split. You can go from full body to upper-lower split to 3-way split as you get stronger. It's also great because you don't waste time curling flyweight in 4 different ways, and you grow better because you can repeat it more often.
If you have injuries or struggle with technique, check out Athlean X. Check out Alan Thrall for some bro advice, that's the only stuff I can recommend.

Don't ever have anxiety about women. Whenever you can, thank God that you were born a man, for only you can change the world for the better. Only you have courage and fighting prowess, and love for your equals, and that's what matters in this world; women don't have it. You were created in the image of God directly, she is only created in your image. Woman's true place is to serve man. Don't tell her that, but know it in your heart, and behave like you know it.

"Boxing and jiu-jitsu have always seemed to me more important.... ...physical culture must inoculate the individual with the conviction of his superiority and give him that self-confidence which lies forever and alone in the consciousness of his own strength; in addition, it must give him those athletic skills which serve as a weapon..."

Women will cheat because facebook, twitter, or the guy that wants to sell her painkillers on the grey market and get some easy dumb pussy on the side told her it's a good idea over texts and she didn't like what you ate for breakfast that day or some other meaningless thing.
In fact I'd say the gym is a bit of a filter to apply and at least less loser-y women will even enter in the first place. The bottom line is if you're avoiding self discipline and improvement because you're concerned about what the absolute gutter rung of sluts and whores will do you have greater problems than the gym or even being on this site.

here is socially frowned upon, to talk to "strangers who you do not previously know outside a pub while not being drunk". I am not even German, but do not approach girls to tell them they are cute. if you do, you are perptuating the problem: women get too much attention.
The solution is to ignore them completely, until you have kids and marry one.
Why do you need a women to tell her she is cute? You have your dignity and self respect to lose. Remember this is a war and satan lives inside women.
