I did some digging of my own and I found out that Judaism predates both Christianity and Islam. The oldest parchments relating to judaism is the dead sea scrolls which date back to 300 BC and up to 100 AD. The oldest and closest to the original Christian bible is the Codex Sinaiticus. The Codex Sinaiticus dates back to 300 AD. The oldest known Quran parchment is the Birmingham Quran manuscript. The Birmingham Quran manuscript dates back to 568 AD and 645 AD. This is a full 200 years after the Codex Sinaiticus and a full 400 years after the dead sea scrolls.
This implies that Judaism is the correct religion and both Christianity and Islam are simply offshoots and thus not the word of god but rather the word of man trying to re-interpret the word of god in their own biased beliefs.
