My roastie manager is giving me bad performance reviews for vague fucking reasons that basically boil down to 'Hurr, you're not a normie!!!111'. The job is fucking easy and I've met all my goals and give myself major new tasks but the judgement of my performance bears little resemblance to reality, and doesn't even try to resemble it. It's just 'Be more of an extroverted relationship building person'.
I can't fucking stand it. Any attempt to refer to actual goals and what I've done is ignored. HR is now involved and they're even more vapid roasties than my manager.
