Unplug everything not essential for the pc to work and test the stability the equipment will make sure if it is the power source or not.
Then go plugging in little by little to know where the failure occurs.

its for sure the power supply. it doesnt turn on all and i switched out power plugs i have another PC at my parents place, ill grab it soon =)

To test the power supply you need a multimeter or do what is recommended above.
Sometimes the boards have a short circuit and cause these kinds of problems. Sometimes you can inspect and find a blown capacitor, sometimes a small black spot near a component, sometimes nothing.
If there are no beeps, and it is not the power supply, it is usually a capacitor or the video board that raised temperature and is shorted.
If you are not one of those who likes to get down to business, the technician. LOL.

If your PC doesn't turn on, try unplugging the power, hold the power button for like 15 seconds then plug it back in and try turning it on. It worked for me two times despite every "specialist" on google saying it's fried power supply or something like that
