>practicinghow, I couldn't run
people in the village would mock me if I went on running cycles, I'm sick an tired of cars stopping by to give me a ride when I'm trying to run
>HARD yeah but I lost a lot more strenght during two weeks of light workout than from a whole month of no workout whatsoever
that's the difference we are isolatong in this argument about supplements
>how comehow should I know, I'm not a doctor, it just cramps so bad I can't take it
>shower and some timethe longer you wait your body doesn't gain the actual advantage pf taking protein in the first place, I can eat hour-hour&half later but by that time the metabolic timewindow passes as you need to eat proteins up to half an hour before or after training
>powder healthy creatine is rather healthy if taken in normal doses
the dose I take can be taken daily but I only used it 3 days followed by two days of no creatine
there are higher doses but those unlike mine need breaks
and up to 4x the dose I take can be taken for a week after which it should be ceased for a month or two
what you are thinking of are preworkout blends that almost always have creatine but also have all sorts of stuff like betaphenethylamine (I like to call it betamphetamine) which can have those side effects
creatine is just an aminoacid your body naturally produces but just like other acids like glutamine that also produced by your body you can only produce very little and you kinda have to ingest the rest through food or supplements
if you are asking about l arginine it is also natural aminoacid you need in your body so no harm no foul with that one either
>volumesome girls wanna drink cum
