Patapon 2 is completely unique compared to 3, two different games in my opinion.
If you had some neat friends / liked to cheat with mods / connect with other people to do actually hard content / liked to spam one combo for 25000 times to unlock all cool stuff, then repeat it 8 x 3 times, cuz that's how many Patapons there were I think, then Patapon 3 is the best for you.
But 2 is just too good to pass on, I bet I would still have tons of fun with it, even if it's just me who remembers it foundly because I played it when I was younger.
