The recent rebellion was caused by land barons not wanting to lose powers to MP's(Irish-British Members of Parliament) like what happened to the Lords in Britain. They thought they'd start a small war to maintain power in Ireland & instead created a semi religious war & when they tried to stop it because it had all gotten out of hand they were themselves killed by there own men.
The whole Irish rebellion was a huge meme war which was never meant to be what actually happened. And American-Irish profited off of the blood of dead Irish men.
