Went digging for my ex online. Found a video of her doing a presentation (she's getting her PhD in physics). Flooded with memories of her. She looks amazing. I seriously fucked things up. It's been 5 years and everything I do is still geared towards me progressing to a point where she takes notice and regrets everything. I don't necessarily want to get back with her, but fuck do I miss those times. Some of the hardest feelings I deal with are feeling like I won't ever be able to do better than her.
