I was looking at the history of the thing and noticed that both africa, middle east and before the spanish in south and central america people practiced it. With that I was curious if you can tell me the Attitude where you have lived and your own opinion. I myself am against it as a preemptive measure and I live in a country which is very much considering restricting it and has already placed laws with the intent to make it harder.
