Catholics seem to still think they're too filthy to be in the presence of God with "just" Jesus alone. That's why they invented works + "grace" salvation (Romans 11 refutes that, it's all grace), and why they invented purgatory, and use Mary as an intermediary. They don't put their faith fully in the work that Jesus did for them, so they can't approach the throne boldly.
God declared me and anyone else in Christ the righteousness of God. Not because of what I've done but because of what Jesus did.
You're still a bit confused though. replacement theology doesn't work. We are not Israel.
You may say that Jesus brought you out of the bondage of sin, but it's not the same as bringing Israel out of Egypt.
Some of the promises of God are to the remnant of Israel that have, been, and will in greater numbers, receive Christ.
Mostly the land promises.
