I want to grow up to be ruthless dictator. That's my life's goal. How can I go about fulfilling my lives dream?

I hate other people's opinions and also racism. I want to be the ruler of a country where I can impose my will on the populace and tell them to fuck off whenever I feel like it. What do you guys recommend?
