He has been harrassing my friend for months now, using her info & pics without her permission because she didn't want to date him. She's been through a very terrible life, being sexually abused by her parent, then her bf killing himself after he got her pregnant, & her child being taken away due to all the mental health issues she has. She also has cancer. We've all tried talking to him, trying to get him to stop but he just keeps pushing her over and over again till she's on the verge of Killing herself. He said his name is Roberto Solias, or Silas. According to him, he lives in Texas, possibly in Bryan. He's 19. The pic is one he sent of himself, but I'm not sure if any of this is true. I'm on my last straw here, any help would be appreciated. I just want him to stop harrassing her.
