>>12953791always check for buy 1 get 1 free whole chickens. a whole chicken can feed you for a week. the chicken fat, skin, bones, and non breast meat can make a soup. put some carrots, lots of potatos, onion, celery, and instead of noodles soft boiled eggs chopped up, that way they don't get soggy and the soup stays good for longer. it'll get a fat layer on top when you refrigerate it, but that'll melt in just fine when you reheat it. the breast meat can be cooked with potatos, a good ratio is 1 part chicken to 3 parts potato. simmer some chicken chunks and slices with basil, a pepper, and some ricewine vinegar, cover the chicken, you don't want the steam escaping. once it's cooked, use the left over juices for your potatos when they're done cooking.

buying in bulk now will save you money later and you'll never go hungry. If you can get just one bulk item per paycheck then pretty soon you'll catch up and be able to sustain.
