>>12960701>Have to stay tethered to Truth to wade in these waters...If you keep in mind that, as it's said, God Never gives us more than He Knows that we can handle, and gives us what we Need when the time is best appointed...
...then, going with the flow, as you have described, becomes the best course of action.
Each next step that comes to us is not always first revealed for what it truly is. God provides, but it doesn't do us any good if we fail to see its promise.

On that note...though it's shaping up to be another hot day, the incoming storms might change all that.
While I don't know where you are, it's been unusually cool here since nightfall. This morning I had to opt for leggings and long sleeve shirt.
Faced with leaving in a few hours while the threat of storms linger in my absence, I donned my combat boots and began securing what I could...just in case.
Then went off on a tangent to feed the roses, hydrangea, hibiscus, and others...then, off on another unplanned tangent I just wound up picking-off the blueberries that were now ripened-enough to pick...indulging in a heavenly few.
The Lord knows my gardens could be much finer with better care, but the past few months have necessitated my being away from home so often, I hardly have time to settle-in before once agan I leave. Like today. At least this past week has been a bit of a God-send to get to enjoy some of that R&R you left off with last ght.
>Little pleasures...except I spent more time musing than doing much of anything constructive, hence this mornings rush around yards here. As for Gitmo et al. ops...EVERYONE I know thinks I'm bonkers to believe any of it....but, then again, none of them have pent any time trying to discern where truth truly lies. To paraphrase what I said in the opening, "God provides, but it doesn't do us any good if we fail to pay attention."
On that note I shall end this musing.
Stay safe and well, G. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.
