Allow me to explain why this image could be humourous:
-The name, as read, is Da Phuc, which sounds similar to "The Fuck".
-"The Fuck" is most commonly accompanied by a question mark afterwards, thus the phrase becomes "The Fuck?", which is a short form for "What the fuck?", which is a common expression for bewilderment, disbelief, etc...
-The man's (Da Phuc's) face in question has what appears to be an uncomfortable smile.
Combining these three points, this particular image could be used to reply to other posts and/or posters in order to express misunderstanding, to inform the poster in question that their post is nonsensical, and/or to convey disbelief. Please only use this image for such purposes.
