>>12961121The point is that a "short term" long term fast will kill many birds with just one stone; inflammation will lower(you'll feel and look better), your gut will start to heal, and the body's self cleaning system will run like its on steroids. You will feel like shit if you go in unclean, but that's the point, you want to come out clean. Most people fast wrong. You need to rest all day, lay in bed and surrender to the experience. Not only will this help with the stress but it improves healing factors. You'll get more out of the fasting. Just try to allocate one week, sip water min 3 litres max 4 litres(make sure you hit this target, and only sip the water, never down it as you'll dehydrate yourself faster), and again completely rest, you'll find yourself sleeping more. Avoid all dopamine draining activites (surfing the internet, etc). But if that's too much, just stop all junk food, any processed meat products, alcohol and drugs - these all damage your gut which is what you need to heal in order to actually get better.
