Operation Spring Cleaning, a three-month law enforcement campaign targeting narcotics trafficking across the Space Coast, generated 64 arrests and the seizure of seven firearms and more than $130,000 cash.

“Our message to those who continue to sell drugs on the streets of Brevard County and in our jurisdictions is, let this be a warning. We’re coming after you next," Melbourne Police Chief David Gillespie said during a Thursday news conference.

"We’re not going to stop until you’re behind bars," Gillespie said.
