The modern world has only 10-20 years left. In the current decade we will be hit with a solar flare that will destroy the majority of our infrastructure. Another decade later the sun will micro nova, releasing a CME that will impact the earth destroying all life on the surface.

>volcanos, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados everywhere

The governments have been building underground bases in preparation. But they have limited space. If only there was a way to reduce the population before the worse starts to happen. (hummmm)
