There are two or three "ye olde source" of traditional demon sigils, and this one isn't in any of them.
In the ring around it, there should be the letters of the name, but instead you have weird zigzags I don't recognise.
Inside, you can see the two symbols of Saturn/Alchemical Lead (top-left) and symbol of Mars/Alchemical Iron (top-right) with a point inside of it. The point afaik means that the element is "activated" or "purified" or "turned on" but I don't really know what that means.
Another thing I know is that Saturn and Mars with the Moon are traditionally (in old occultism more than modern occultism) seen as the three "bad" asters, while the three "good" ones are Venus and Jupiter and the Sun, Mercury is neutral.
The rest of the thing in the middle (keyhole shaped) is some kind of ladder, or tower, or tree, my guess is that it is the usual allegory for "the self" or a path of ascension.
There are a lot of similar designs in Occultism that have a Moon and a Sun up there instead of Saturn and "Sunny Mars".
