I also just spent $7.1k getting Eight Songs and my upcoming record HARSH WORDS mastered by a world-class mastering engineer that has mastered records for Steely Dan, Miles Davis, etc - and he’s based. They release together on 7.3. Dude is also overseeing the lacquer creation for the vinyl - a key step in how the final product will sound - so the vinyl is really going to be something special and the newly mastered tracks are going to be kino. Anons here actually helped me raise $6,200 towards the final cost of the project (~$12.5k).
