As an American I can't imagine anything more disgusting than eating a Salad. How do foreigners eat this shit? It's so visceral disgusting it's unreal.

I can understand eating healthy. I drink diet coke and gluten free frozen pizza myself. But how does anyone stomach fucking salads?
