>>13002724> Are you serious? You trying to tell me that there are humans that still live and ate mcdonals in the 60's?Yes. There's also some documentaries about them. It's actually not unusual to find centenarians with a peculiarly high sweet tooth, in fact, almost all the centenarians interviewed ate desserts.
> Not one 'centarian' or what fucking name you give it has eaten all the shit we've been eating.Provided you vary your diet with some whole foods and stay within your calorie requirements you probably will approach your natural genetic lifespan.
> Noone has so much ketchup intake as us western humans. Many centenarians, coming from especially poor and war torn backgrounds, are very familiar with vinegar based preservatives, ketchup is basically just another preservative.
> Literal sugar on a platter for every food you can dip in. There's one blue zone, I believe it was Nicoya, Costa Rica, where over 10% of the calories consumed comes from white sugar (they often load their coffee with white sugar until it's a sweet coffee drink).
> Those guys not only eat healthier and a lot of carbs, but they compensate with physical labourDepends which blue zone you're looking at or if you're looking at centenarian who comes from a blue zone at all. Centenarians will eat whatever they happen to have available in their local culture.
> It's not the diet that matters alone to live a long and healthy life, it's the lifestyle all around. Agreed. Like I said, calories, whole foods, exercise all matter. Additionally, centenarians also expressed a preference for gentle leisurely walks, family and friendship time, and general good stress management. It's uncertain if these things actually improve longevity though. Many of the centenarians have come very hard lives (mainly war).
> Farmers with no stress whatsoeverI watched documentary of some centenarians I think in Greece, their arming was definitely not stress free.
